Wild Oak

Wild Oak
14x21"

Wild Oak is a painting I did with my Wednesday class at the Kerrisdale Centre. Another fun splatter technique.

Leslie, what a vivacious-looking tree! And I love how you have painted the foreground grasses.

I just love the oak trees and their wild sprawling branches, you have really captured their beauty and movement in this technique. Nice work.

Thank you everyone! I splatter the foliage and use a fan brush for the grass. It is great fun.

You've really done a great job with the foliage i the tree Leslie. That's always been a tough thing for me so I look at this with amazement.
